By booking and receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and release Luminé Skin Atelier from any and all liability related to treatments.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

• All services are by appointment only.

• Clients are asked to arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten treatment time.

• Appointments can be booked online, by instagram, or email confirmation.

2. Cancellations & No‑Shows

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Late Cancellations / Missed Appointments: Deposit (amount varies by treatment) will be forfeited and is non‑refundable.

• No‑Shows: Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Repeated no‑shows may also affect future booking privileges.

3. Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Accepted methods: cash or e‑transfer.

• All services prices include HST. Product purchases are subject to HST.

4. Gift Cards & Packages

• Gift cards are non‑refundable and must be presented at time of use.

• Packages are non‑refundable and must be used within the stated validity period.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose relevant medical history, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.

• Treatments are not a substitute for medical care.

• Luminé Skin Atelier reserves the right to decline or modify services for safety reasons.

6. Liability Waiver

• By receiving services, clients acknowledge potential risks (e.g., temporary redness, irritation, or discomfort).

• Clients voluntarily assume responsibility for outcomes and release the business, its owners, and staff from liability related to services provided.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Client information is collected for safe service delivery and record‑keeping.

• Records are kept confidential in compliance with Ontario privacy standards.

8. Accessibility

• Documents are available in English and Cantonese upon request.

9. Policy Updates

• Luminé Skin Atelier reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
